HEALTH & SAFETY CONVERSATIONS

Health and safety conversations are permitted by every colleague across the business. Colleagues must submit at least 2 per month. This is a great way to highlight any health and safety concerns from across the site and allows colleagues to become more proactive when it comes to health and safety,

Our HSEQ team are regularly conducting toolbox talks, as they are a great way to address specific safety issues, provide employees an opportunity to share knowledge and also increase colleague engagement.

We take safety seriously and are regularly hosting awareness and training events to equip colleagues with clear guidance and training.

SAFETY CAMPAIGNS

We run frequent internal health and safety campaigns to raise awareness of specific safety risks or hazards, promoting safe practices helps reduce accidents and we also run them to ensure workers are aware and comply with regulations and standards.
