How to find us
As well as providing a safe and secure base for operations, Port of Middlesbrough is one of the best-connected ports in the North of England. With easy access to the main northern arterial routes and the only ports in the North East with heavy and wide access, it remains one of the most accessible and convenient facilities. The port also benefits from direct access to the East Coast Mainline with rail lines running to the quayside. Teesside International Airport is only 5 minutes from the port, with Newcastle International and Leeds airports accessible in under and hour.
By Road

From the north/south
From the A19 north/southbound follow directions for Middlesbrough A66. Immediately after exiting the slip road follow directions to Riverside Park, at the roundabout take the third exit onto Riverside Park Road, at the next roundabout take the first exit and continue for 0.2 miles, at the next roundabout take the first exit and continue on Riverside Park Road for another 1.2 miles. Port of Middlesbrough site security will be on the left hand side.
By Train
Nearby Middlesbrough Train Station is located on the East Coast mainline and gives easy access to Port of Middlesbrough’s site from anywhere in the country. The station is approximately a fifteen minute walk or a short taxi ride away.
By Air
Teesside Airport is approximately 20 minutes drive away. Newcastle International and Leeds Bradford International Airport are approximately 60 minutes away.
