Zone 30 represents approximately seven acres of warehousing and laydown space – located directly adjacent to AV Dawson’s main port facility, Port of Middlesbrough. Acquired in 2022, the site has been utilised as a rail terminal and storage facility for minerals. It is therefore ideally suited for a range of dry bulk cargoes.
